TOKYO (Reuters) – Japanese prosecutors on Wednesday ordered a Tokyo court to send former Nissan (OTC) motor executive Greg Kelly to prison for two years on charges of helping Carlos Ghosn, the ousted CEO of Carmaker, hide his earnings.
Prosecutors, who are also seeking a fine of 200 million yen (1. 1.8 million) for the Japanese carmaker, demanded imprisonment during Kelly’s closing argument in a trial that began a year ago.
