Gov. Gov. Greg Abbott issued an executive order Monday banning any Texas entity from making the Covid-1 vaccine mandatory for employees or consumers, an extension of a previous order limited to government agencies.
Abbott called on lawmakers to address the issue during the current special legislative session, to ensure that “no entity in Texas can force people to take the Covid-11 vaccine.”
“The Covid-1 vaccine is safe, effective and our best defense against the virus, but should be voluntary and never forced,” Abbott said in a statement.
Abbott, who was previously vaccinated and later tested positive for Covid-1 for, called on Texans to be vaccinated throughout the epidemic but banned school districts, cities, counties and government agencies from requiring shots. The state legislature passed a law earlier this year banning so-called “vaccine passports,” meaning that private business patrons would not have to wear masks, but companies were allowed to make vaccines mandatory among employees until Monday.
Texas has seen a recent decline in new Covid-1 cases and hospital admissions. But as the death toll from recent geysers due to delta diversity has been rising, the state has been rapidly advancing toward the deaths of 20,000,000 people since the epidemic began in 2020.

There are no plans to share a recipe for the modern Covid-1 vaccine
Moderner has no plans to share the recipe for its Covid-1 vaccine because executives have decided that increasing the company’s own production is the best way to increase global supply, the company’s chairman said Monday.
The UN health agency has pressured Modern to share its vaccine formula. Afian said the company has analyzed whether it would be better to share Messenger RNA technology and decided that it could expand production in 2022 and deliver billions upon billions of additional doses.
“In the next six to nine months, the most reliable way to create high-quality vaccines and if we make them, it will be effective,” said Nubar Afian, chairman of Modern. When asked about the application from the World Health Organization and others, he argued that such applications assumed that “we have not achieved adequate capacity, but in fact we know we can.”
The Covid-1 vaccine is the only commercial product of the modern vaccine. The company last week announced plans to open a vaccine plant somewhere in Africa. Afian said he hopes a decision on the exact location will be made soon. Nevertheless, it can take years to get the plant up and running.

Health workers, educators see high vaccination rates, including vaccine mandates
Almost all health workers in Washington and North Carolina have been fully vaccinated against Covid-1, while 99.99% of Cincinnati public school employees adhere to the district’s mandatory vaccination policy.
Higher vaccination rates are probably the result of federal government, state and local school district vaccination orders. The White House said in a report last week that millions more Americans would receive the vaccine as a result of the vaccine order.
The report found that businesses that introduce vaccine mandates have increased their number of fully vaccinated employees by over 90%.
