Poteu, Okla. – A castor was convicted last October of performing illegal surgery on a volunteer in a cabin in the woods and then refrigerating the removed body parts.
A jury trial was set to begin for Bob Lee Allen, 54. Instead, he pleaded not guilty to three counts of aggravated robbery in August and was sentenced to more than a dozen years in prison.
The criminal case became a national sensation last year as victims reported that Allen claimed to be a cannibal.
The application came to Le Flour County District Court after an agreement was reached with prosecutors. He told the judge he believed the appeal was in his best interest because “a jury could convict me.”
The petition also comes after Allen’s husband, Thomas Evans Gates III, agreed to testify against her.

The couple married in September 2020 in Texas.
The victim, then 28, flew from Virginia to Dallas last October. He met Allen on a website that had a welcome note in the registration box “From The Eunuchmaker and the EM Crew.”
He was then taken to the couple’s cabin near Wester in southeastern Oklahoma.
The victim told investigators that according to the court affidavit, Allen cast on Oct. 12 at a covered temporary table inside the cabin. He said Gates helped by handing over the surgical equipment.
The victim said he was awake for two hours of surgery after the injection in the “necessary area”. Recalling the victim, Allen laughed after the surgery and said he was going to swallow the parts, according to the affidavit.
The victim told investigators that Allen claimed 15 years of experience and that “he had six more clients on the way to the same operation.”
Allen and her husband were caught because the surgery was bad. Allen took Victim to the hospital the next day because of bleeding.
They were arrested on October 15 after going to the hospital to meet the victim.
Allen has not applied for any of the three heinous crimes – conspiracy to perform unlicensed surgery, drug use without a license, and attempted distribution of psychedelic mushrooms.
He did not apply for any competition for the calculation of one abusive drug and the other abusive drug for not disposing of the removed testicles.

Investigators reported finding body parts in a plastic bag in a deep freezer in the cabin bedroom. Allen was sentenced to two years in prison and 10 years and one month in prison. He was credited for the time.
He owes more than $ 5,000 for fines and other expenses. Prosecutors dropped a heinous abuse count and two misdemeanor counts in exchange for his appeal. He was sentenced to life in prison if convicted of kidnapping.
Gates, now, has been convicted of misdemeanors since Aug. August, when prosecutors agreed to dismiss the three felony charges in exchange for his testimony.
Gates was released on Tuesday after spending time in prison. He owes more than two thousand dollars in fines and costs.
Allen complained in a letter to the judge that Gates had not been released immediately and that justice was being sought.
