Wow! Looks like Kim Kardashian and her kids will continue to enjoy their luxurious Hidden Hills home outside of their breakup near Kanye West. According to TMZ, the reality star and entrepreneur is now the sole owner of the property. LA County records show that Kanye recently signed on for the huge home rights.
As you may recall, the former couple bought the property in 2014 for 20 million. Later, in true Kanye fashion, the rapper ripped the house off to add his own jerk-flash. As seen in the viral footage, the home has custom fixtures such as a fully illuminated ceiling, detached, double-sink vanity and a tub that fits all of their kids in their master bathroom. Kanye taped designers and architects from all over the world to bring it and their “basketball court, detached gym, huge swimming pool and two kitchens” to life.
Now, per TMZ, the value of the home is about 60 60 million – an increase of about 200%. And it looks like Kim Kardashian has left the negotiating table with the best possible deal. Instead of paying the price of the house now, Kim has reportedly paid িয়ে 20 million to Kanye for her rights. According to records, the transfer of rights entered the system on 28 September.
In light of this report, fans are speculating that the divorce is really moving forward. Rumors have been circulating about Kim’s possible reunion and for parties to listen to Cane’s multiple ‘sticks’. Kim attended her third hearing in Chicago as a bride at a fake wedding. She wears a custom white Balenciaga gown. The next day, the moment was trending across social platforms as Kanye set himself on fire.
Most recently, Kim hosted a Saturday Night Live episode where there were a few hilarious jokes about Kanye. She apparently confirmed the divorce during her solo drama.
Kim said, “I married the best rapper of all time. “Not only that, he is the richest black man in America. A talented, legitimate genius who gave me four incredible kids. So, when I divorced him, you have to know it came down to just one thing: his personality.
