The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) announced on Monday:

Europol details:

“Criminals will install malware and steal sensitive data from these organizations before encrypting their files,” Europol continued. “They will then proceed to give a decryption key in exchange for a ransom of several million euros, threatening to leak stolen information on the Dark Web if their demands are not met.”
