Fawcett says Halloween is the right time to think about getting vaccinated

On Sunday, White House Chief of Staff Anthony Fawcett said Halloween was a good time of year to think about vaccinations.

Fawcett, who said last week that Americans should gather for Christmas “too soon”, gave the green light for strategy or treatment.

Fausie made the remarks during an interview with host Dana Bash on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Fauci: ‘Go there and enjoy Halloween’

Fawcett joined Bash to discuss the number of coronavirus cases and hospitalizations. He then asked about Halloween and the vaccine.

“One last question, Halloween is just around the corner,” Bash told Fawcett.

Fauci replied, “I think, especially if you’re vaccinated, but you can go there, you’re out most of the time, at least when my kids were joking or treating there, and will enjoy it.”

“It’s a time that kids love,” Fawcett added. “This is a very important part of the year for children. I know my kids enjoyed it. ”

The doctor said, “So I mean, especially if you are vaccinated, if you don’t get vaccinated, think again, you will add an extra degree of protection to yourself and your children and your family and your community.”

“So this is a good time to think about why vaccination is important but go there and enjoy Halloween and other holidays,” Fawcett said.

Bash then asked about wearing a mask inside the house.

Fawcett replied, “You know, I – it’s always hard to predict. I think if what we see now continues and more people get vaccinated, such as the prevalence of outbreaks, the amount of viruses that spread in the community decreases, I hope we will be able to do what we think is normal in the community. Drag some of those restrictions to get closer. ”

“I hope it will be soon, but I can’t predict a date on it, Dana,” Fawcett concluded.
