Under federal court rules, Prince Andrew, or as he is known by his official title, the Duke of York, has 21 days to respond. If he does not, he could face a default verdict.

Geoffrey accused Andrew of abusing him at Maxwell’s house, Epstein’s house, and Epstein’s private island.

No criminal charges were brought against Prince Andrew.

Epstein’s sardid life

The allegations against Jeffrey Epstein and his associates have become internationally known, especially since former President Bill Clinton received news of several trips on his private jet.

Epstein moved between rich and famous, and infamous.

His profession was described as a “financier” and he specifically marketed his services to “over 1 1 billion asset owners”. In 2008, he was convicted of soliciting prostitution involving a minor and was sentenced to 1 month in prison.

He would only serve 1 year and he was given a job release. He also had to register as a sex offender.

Man was re-arrested in July, 2011 in New Jersey on a number of counts of sexually abusing underage girls on his Manhattan townhouse, a home in Palm Beach, Florida, and a private island owned by Epstein.

The complaint alleges Epstein paid several of his victims to hire additional underage girls that he could sexually abuse, some 14-year-olds.

Epstein pleaded not guilty to the charges and denied bail.

On August 10, 2019, officials say he committed suicide in his New York City prison.
