DeSantis threatened Biden with a lawsuit over the vaccine mandate

Florida Gov. Ron de Santis on Thursday threatened to sue President Biden over the administration’s massive vaccine mandate.

De Santis objected to the effect of the order on jobs in the Sunshine State.

“We’re going to challenge it immediately,” the governor said of the mandate. “We think the state of Florida stands to do it.”

De Santis added that he would join businessmen in the state in tackling the vaccine mandate.

“We also know the businesses we’re going to work with to compete,” he said.

DeSantis fights the vaccine mandate

De Santis has consistently called on Floridians to get vaccinated, citing Jab’s effectiveness and noting that “more than 95%” of people admitted to the hospital for covidia are “either not fully vaccinated or not vaccinated at all.”

“And so these vaccines are saving lives, they’re reducing mortality,” he said.

But he has consistently fought against the mandate and forced civilians to shoot.

He is now threatening to take action through a lawsuit because of the impact of the mandate on the job.

“Let’s not come to Biden and effectively snatch – the threat of snatching – the work of people who work hard throughout this whole epidemic.”

“I’m unhappy that a police officer could lose their job.”

Fight for the workers

President Biden issued a comprehensive vaccination order last month and called for the implementation of private business requirements, including more than 100 employees.

DeSantis promised to fight for workers who might lose their jobs because of the mandate.

“We have a responsibility at the state level to do what we need to do to protect Floridians from the mandate, which could result in them losing their jobs,” he said.

“We need to protect jobs for Floridians.”

DeSantis is not just talking about vaccine mandates.

Earlier this week, Leon County was fined 3.57 million for issuing vaccine orders on local government employees for violating state restrictions on vaccine passports.

Under Florida law, any business entity – including the local government – that requires proof of a covid vaccine may be fined $ 5,000 for each violation.

“Why are you taking steps that prevent life-saving, which makes it more difficult to save lives across the country or in a state?” He asked.

Obesity is a major health epidemic in this country. Should we force people to order healthy food because it will save lives? Cars kill people. Should there be bicycle orders to save lives?

This is a matter for the Biden administration. Fortunately for Floridians, none of them are willing to fight him to stop the Democrats from seizing power.
