A federal arrest warrant has been issued for Brian Laundry in Wyoming following a grand jury complaint.

A federal arrest warrant was issued for Brian Laundry because he had already been caught using the Gabby Petito credit card after he went missing.

The complaint alleges that Laundry used an unauthorized debit card “knowingly and with intent to defraud” and “received items worth $ 1,000 or more between August 30 and September 1” – ABC News reported.

The FBI confirmed Tuesday that the body was found Sunday in a “very remote” area of Grand Teton National Park by 22-year-old Gabby Petito.

The type of death was considered homicide, but no cause of death or a full autopsy report was released.

Petito and his fiance, Brian Laundry, 23, were on a cross-country trip from New York to Oregon when 22-year-old Gabby went missing.

An eyewitness told law enforcement that they saw the white 2012 Ford Transit as the two were traveling near Spread Creek on Aug. 27.

The Petito family reports that Gabby went missing on September 11, just weeks after she last spoke to her mother.

Brian Laundry is currently on the run and has apparently disappeared after giving the FBI a head start to law enforcement for several days after dropping the ball.

The search for 2-year-old Florida Brian Laundry continues in South Florida, near North Port.
